NY Connects

STIC participates in NY Connects in partnership with Broome County Office for Aging, Chenango County Area Agency on Aging, and Tioga Opportunities. Designed to help individuals and their caregiver’s gain access to the right long-term services and supports (LTSS), at the right time, in the setting of their choice. Serves people of all ages, disabilities, and income levels. Information will be offered over the phone or in-person if necessary.
