Southern Tier Independence Center (STIC) empowers individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals through tailored Vocational Support Services (VSS), offering four flexible programs—Community Based Pre-Vocational Services (CBPV), Intensive Supported Employment (Intensive SEMP), Employment Training Program (ETP), and Extended Supported Employment (Extended SEMP)—alongside ACCES-VR contract services like job preparation, assistive technology, and benefits advisement, all customizable to meet each person’s unique needs, preferences, and experience level.
