FACE Center

The Southwest Family and Community Engagement Center (SWFACE) provides information, referral and support to families and professionals working with children, both typically developing and those with special education needs, ages birth through twenty one.

The information provided may pertain to childhood development and behavior, specific disabilities, special education laws, regulations, rights, transition from Early Intervention to CPSE to CSE, and transition to the world of post secondary education and work.

We offer assistance in developing networks for families, educators and professionals, which include referrals for community based services, educational programs, and assistive technology through the TRAID Loan Closet.
